Application & Guidelines
- All applications for facility rentals must be made by sending a letter to the Finance & Account Department.
- Applications should be submitted no later than 14 days from the rental date.
- The renter is responsible for complying with all terms and regulations that have been established and adhering to the rental terms and regulations throughout the rental period.
- The Finance & Account Department of STDC will provide a rental quotation upon receiving the facility rental application.
- After receiving the rental confirmation from the organiser, the Finance & Account Department will issue an invoice for the approved rental.
- Full payment for the rental must be made prior to the facility’s usage. The reservation will not be confirmed, and the rental application will be considered cancelled if payment is not made on the specified date.

Payment receipts should be submitted to the Finance & Account Department of STDC. CASH payments can also be made at the Finance & Account counter. - Payments to the staff should be made directly to the staff on the day of facility usage. STDC will inform the organiser of the details of the assigned staff throughout the rental period.

RATES FOR TECHNICIANS

PREPARATION IN THE AUDITORIUM, HALL, AND OTHER FACILITIES
It is not allowed to paste any decorations or notices on the walls of the auditorium, hall, and other facilities used.
SECURITY CONTROL
STDC is not responsible for any damage or loss of property, injuries, or deaths that occur to the organiser, renter, users, and visitors during the rental period.
PROCEDURES/ETIQUETTE INSIDE THE AUDITORIUM, HALL, AND OTHER FACILITIES
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the auditorium, hall, and other facilities used.
- Bringing in food and beverages (except in the VIP dining hall and VIP Room) or pets is strictly prohibited.
- It is the responsibility of the organiser/renter/user to ensure that the rental facility is kept clean during and after the event. All litter or leftover food must be cleaned up.
WITHDRAWAL OF OFFER
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, if STDC is compelled to utilise the facility on the reserved date, the reservation will be cancelled.
- All decisions made by STDC regarding any issues that may arise with the organiser, renter, or users are final.
AMENDMENTS
STDC reserves the right to amend any provisions or rental regulations from time to time without prior notice.
