In the Pastry Preparation course, students will be given emphasis on the skills to prepare various pastry products. This includes sweet and savoury pastries, cakes, cookies, traditional Malay delicacies, and hot and cold desserts. Students venturing into this field will learn to utilise modern methods using machines as well as traditional techniques.

Requirements

  1. Possess a minimum of PMR/PT3
  2. Malaysian citizen
  3. 16 years and above
  4. Healthy (mental and physical)
